"My husband and I have been dealing with ServPro for five months now. At first, we had a great experience. They handled some flooding from the water heater and replaced our floors. While they were replacing the floors, they found mold and treated it. While treating the mold they had to tear out the kitchen cabinets to treat more mold under them. It’s now February and we’ve been without our kitchen cabinets since November. Admittedly, some of the reason for it taking so long seems to have been our insurance company’s lack of communication causing a delay the project. However, since the insurance company has done their part, we have had a very difficult time getting in contact with ServPro and getting any updates after they misplaced several thousand dollars we paid them. We’re ready to work with another company for our kitchen cabinets, but we’re waiting for ServPro to sort out the missing money. I originally would have recommended them, but now I would not."
