"We needed all the basics for my daughter to start dance next week and when I saw the options were limited, I was a bit wary after reading these reviews. But we didn't want to drive 30 minutes if it wasn't necessary, so we went straight after school. I'm so glad we did! The woman who helped us was kind and knowledgeable. She had everything we needed in stock and knew which colors the school wanted. She also told us that if we needed a different size to come back and she would switch it for us. I'm so grateful she made us feel welcome and my daughter said she a was nice. We'll be back!"

"Drove 45 minutes and it was closed during posted hours it was supposed to be open. Very frustrating."

"I am generally not one to leave reviews, but this was the absolute worst experience. The hours are not as posted, and as another reviewer stated- if you get someone on the phone, you will be hung up on and any additional calls will be ignored. If you do manage to get in the door, you will be assisted by Sharon, who is quite frankly the rudest person I have ever encountered. She jerked my 3 year olds legs around trying to size her for shoes and didn’t even attempt to ensure a proper fit before trying to move on. She talked down to or ignored the adults in the room and consistently mumbled under her breath. The shop has extremely limited inventory with no intention to restock, and there will be no effort made to help you order. I have never been treated so poorly in a store, and find it unacceptable the way she treats young kids (her primary clientele). Would highly suggest you avoid this shop. We will not be back."

"0 stars in reality. Don’t even bother trying this place. Their hours are messed up on here and if you try to call and ask if they’re open, they’ll hang up on you and then ignore your call. Just go to The Dance Connection in Pooler. The lady was super nice and helpful and their prices are really good. Adorable shop to boot. Not shoved back in a corner where you can’t hardly find it like this place."
