"Ellis worked diligently on the entire exterior of my house even scrubbing clean the sidewalks out front (my HOA should thank him). After two years in the house the porches had a lot of built up mildew on the ceilings. Plus the requisite pollen and dust build up, and the imported pavers were looking a bit sullen as well. By the time Ellis was done, the entire property looked as good as new. The porches were shimmering in the sun, the driveway was spotless and the pavers looked pristine. Plus his pricing was incredibly reasonable and he is an immensely personable and honest guy. I called two other power washers who never even called me back. Ultimately I'm glad they didn't because I found the RIGHT man for the job. Highly recommended."

"High Tide Power Washing power washed my home in April of 2021 and ruined it. Stucco facade was/is streaked and marred as well as the garage door and siding finishes. Owner did the job. He also tore screens in my porch which he had repaired. He business card indicates he is insured; but he denied doing the damage in small claims court blaming the damage on someone else and saying I wanted his insurance to pay for it. I have texts from him indicating he did the damage. I was left with thousands in damage to my home. He has gotten some good reviews on Nextdoor but those were after he ruined my house and started offering a 'soft wash'. If I could give this review a negative zero I would."
