"EDIT: Ryan’s team has been out several times and my pool heater still does not consistently work. I will say that they are prompt in getting back to customers and prompt in their service calls. They just haven’t been successful with my heater problems. I called Ryan because my pool heater quit working and the pool repair company I normally use was booked two weeks out. He had a tech, Chad, in my area, and within 30 minutes of my call the heater was running! Ryan and Chad were both friendly, efficient, and effective.
