The selections were spot on as we receive many compliments the overall style of the bungalow and flooring and requests for the vinyl-flooring manufacturer's name. What I equally appreciate about McGrew's service is how the owner handled a miscommunication between myself and her staff. The miscommunication was equally my error but she stepped up and helped make it right. She could have let it go but instead she chose not to look the other way and to help come to a satisfying resolution. How she handled this situation says a lot about the kind of business she runs and the pride she takes in her services. I will be back when I need carpeting or flooring again.
