Chris' Dry Cleaning

"Does a great job with the quality of their work, but 3 out of the 4 times I’ve dropped my clothes off, at least 50% of my items were delayed several days after the guaranteed pick up date. Usually this isn’t a big deal if I’m not in a time crunch to get my clothes back (although making two trips is never fun), but when I was going out of town for a vacation it was very disappointing not receiving any of my promised items back on time."

"We are in town for a wedding and after packing my suite in a carry on it was so wrinkled I new I had to do something about it so I called Chris Dry cleaning after and I spoke with Jason and he was so helpful and told me to bring it in and he would take care of it while I waited. They did an awesome job so thankful!!"

"Best place in my opinion to get your dry cleaning done. Clothes stay on site! They are quick unlike most places in MTP. But honestly they charge alot. I just paid 20 bucks to have a pair of 10 dollar pants dry cleaned. I couldn't believe a dry cleaner would charge that much! I am used to $3-4 for a pair of pants to be dry cleaned. I could have just bought a new pair instead of dry cleaning them. Wished they had given me a quick call to let me know the price first. Might want to get a list of prices first. But I will continue to go here, the staff are so friendly too!"

"I traveled to Charleston for a wedding weekend several weekends ago, and as I was packing on a Friday afternoon to leave from Greenville, realized that my tux had something on it. I called a friend that lives in Mount Pleasant who told me to take it to Chris’. I called them on the way down, and Diane told me that if I could make it before they closed, they could work it in and to call back and talk to Jason. She was so helpful and accommodating. When I was finally able to speak to Jason, I explained that I could not make it before they closed, but asked if I could possibly bring it in early Saturday morning. He explained that the dry cleaning went in very early, at five in the morning. He told me that he had things he could do and to call me as I got closer with an ETA. When I phoned him later, I told him that I would not be there until after six or later, and he said it didn’t matter, to bring it on and that he would stay and wait for me. Jason was super great and I could not believe he was willing to help in that regard. No one does that anymore! I highly recommend them to everyone, and in addition, it was extremely reasonable. Thank you so much Jason and Diane!"

"Chris’ is hands down the best dry cleaner I’ve been to- their turn around time is exceptional, the quality of their service is impeccable, the drive thru option is such a great offering and I have yet to have a one single complaint in the 3 years I’ve used them (on a weekly basis). It’s always a plus to have things done on site. Most importantly, their staff is wonderful- truly- the kindest, most sincere and personable group of people. I genuinely look forward to popping by- just a wonderful local business!"
