"I remember a world where pharmacist were professionals. What exactly happened? I caught an attitude for going to the wrong window to pick up my prescriptions (the same one I go to every single time before) like I’m supposed to know the ins and outs of her personal procedures at 9:34 am. Here’s the thing, people who are picking up meds are generally not feeling well, right? Calm your ham, lady. By the way, forget my meds. I’m never coming back."

"Needed a prescription while I was traveling. This pharmacy told me they had something in stock when they didn’t, told me it was ready when it wasn’t. The pharmacy was randomly closed on a Friday (no notice outside or by phone) because there was no staffing? Had to wait on hold for 30+ minutes twice. Never did get the prescription while I was in town. I have never had such an awful experience at a Walgreens!"

"As usual, I just had an excellent experience with the Walgreen's pharmacy. The staff there is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Allison, the Pharmacist, was especially helpful. As was all the staff. It was very busy, but they kept up with the customers in a friendly manner. For prescriptions or vaccines, I highly recommend this store!"

"I made an appointment for a flu shot and it was a complete waste of time. Extremely rude, complete lack of professionalism, and customer service. After barely being acknowledged, I sat there for 45 minutes next to the drinking fountains, which are an OSHA violation (see picture), while they helped maybe five customers, and two pharmacy employees just left the store, at which point I got up and left. As I was leaving, I heard the woman at the counter tell the other pharmacy employee, “don’t worry about that flu shot.“ Do not recommend!"

"Rude non professional manager with dark hair is not the kind of manager I would want waiting on customers. I was returning an item with a receipt but it was past 30 days. I had paid in full for the item. I was issued a gift card because it was past 30 days. I told the clerk I wanted to purchase cigarettes. A few moments later the rude manager with dark hair came up, tapped the computer screen and rudely informed me that I couldn't purchase cigarettes with a gift card. Then she gave me a nasty look and walked away. I understand it's their policy not to sell cigarettes with a gift card but this manager was rude and nasty about it. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. The other 2 ladies who were there were courteous."
