"I cannot verbalize or illustrate in words just how much I appreciate the staff here. We have been seeing Dr.Ingram for years and she has always been so easy to communicate concerns with. Recently we had help from Dr. Thompson and Dr. Deignan while Dr. Ingram was out of office and I can’t praise them enough for their attention and love for our senior kitty when we brought her in with health issues. When we ultimately made the saddest choice to euthanize, Dr. Deignan and his vet assistant Alison could not have been more compassionate and professional. My husband and I were a complete pathetic mess and they handled our pain like their own. Empathy goes a long way and we could not have gone through this experience without their guidance. They walked us through every single step and made sure we were comfortable before starting each one. They hugged us like family and talked us through the whole process to assure us that we were making the right decision. Alison has a true heart of gold. We sat there, emotionally coming unhinged and she cried genuine tears of sadness with us all while maintaining a professional composure that I’ll be forever grateful for. If anyone has to go through this with their pet they’ll be lucky to have these angels in the room with them. RIP Tutu."

"I have never been to a vet like this before, they took us right in on a Saturday without an appt, for my cat of 10 years, Simon. He was hurt and we had no choice since we couldn't afford surgeries, into the 10s of thousands of dollars. We had to put him to sleep, they were caring, sensitive, had alot of patience with us, and even hugged us as we cried. They took the most care and sensitivity toward Simon. Gave him pain killer while we said out goodbyes. I am honored to be customer of this establishment and the staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH. We had our kitty cremated and everything was handled right there."

"Thank you, Dr. Ingram and VT Kenley. Also, huge thanks to receptionist April for working him in with Dr. Ingram. So far Doogie has been diagnosed with a UTI infection but there might be more underlying. Tight budget and can’t do the ultrasound (tapped at $489-work in Exam, bloodwork in house, and diagnosis/medications)For now we’re doing meds and monitoring his almost 16 yr old soul. Peace of mind always with service and care."

"Behr is smiling and now he is wearing his super cap! If you are not brining your fur legged family members here. You’re not receiving the best, consistent, thoughtful care plan possible. I am very grateful that I came here, my first time being a patient in SC and it was more than I expected. They even followed up with phone calls to check on him. They took the time to understand he is a talker and understood the difference between being a dog who says I don’t like something, verses a dog who is aggressive. They believe in lots of love and care. This translates to we want you to become family, your not just a number and piggy bank to receive excellent care. I’ve signed up all my dogs to become family members with them for their vet needs."
