"Today I had an appointment with MJ at 2pm. I arrived at 1:55pm and after being greeted by the older gentleman in the first chair on the right, I informed him that My friend and I had an appointment with MJ at 2pm. He informed me that he was still at lunch and called MJ. After sitting for 10 minutes, I called MJ and asked if he was coming and that I had a 2pm appointment. MJ stated he was at lunch and must have made a mistake with scheduling. He said I could wait until 330 or come back. I said no I was not going to either I live 30 min away. He then proceeded to pawn me off on another barber Mr. Ken. I asked who was that, he described him as a guy with dreads. I said I don't see him. I just gave the phone back the owner and said this is bad business and walked out. This is the second time he was late (he had to be called the first time) and now to pawn me off on another barber not knowing their schedule is unacceptable and just bad business. MJ did do great work and I was pleased with first cut 3 weeks ago even though he was on his phone and seemed impersonable. This is absurd."
