"I’ve shopped at Henry’s numerous times. Today I called to see if they had mud minnow’s and they said that they did, I asked “how much are they?” The reply I got was “I don’t give that information over the phone.” When I asked why, she said “because I don’t have to.” She’s right, she doesn’t have to and I have other places that I can shop with out being spoken to so rudely. I almost regret having ever done business there in the past. Not sure if I’ve ever been spoken to so rudely by a business that survives on customers and repeat business."

"I cannot possibly imagine why this store has so many negative reviews. It is run by a couple that have been married since the age of dawn and they’ve owned that location for 45 years so they have seen all that needs to be seen in life and this city!!! They have survived with all of the big box namebrand stores going up around them which means they are very astute business people. The people who are writing negative reviews obviously had attitude and this wonderful couple who are both in their mid-80s are not the kind of people that can suffer fools. They are a bit worn and tattered from dealing with the new generation of customer so cut them some slack!!! Obviously you’re not going to walk in there and get the same price that you can get by shopping online, but you will get personal service that has been lost long ago in this world. And most importantly, so much more importantly, you will support a local business that has been here when Mount Pleasant was just a small tiny speck of a city and was supporting the area long before the megastores came around!"
