"What a treat this outlet store is ... Laurice Ann (LA for short) is a top notch manager with an air of grace and authority that makes one feel that they are in very capable hands. On several occasions I have needed a particular item that was not in stock in my (Ahem ... larger) size and Laurice Ann quickly placed an order and by the gods of FedEx/UPS/USPS it arrives at my home the very next day! That is impeccable service!! Shop here enough and they remember you name, learn you tastes and make valid suggestions. This location does Brooks Brothers proud!"
"I was looking for a suit to buy. After visiting a department store on Hilton Head Island that had a very limited selection and nothing in my size (and I'm a male with an average build), we visited Brooks Brothers. The selection was much better than at the department store and I liked the quality of the products. The person attending us was very helpful without being pushy. And unlike a popular men's suit store, they didn't line up a plethora of shirts, ties, and shoes so they could pressure me to buy more. They have all that stuff, but don't push the "extra" products on their customers. I enjoyed shopping here and was happy with my purchase."
