"Some ponds are easier to access than others. As long as you don't mind kayaking or boating with gators.keep your distance & so will they. Water is fairly clear in some ponds which I like! Clear water can be harder to fish if you don't know how to approach it. Little pricey but they are pay lakes so that's to be expected."
