"I will never come here again cause the woman working there said the belt I got for my car was the right size even though I kept trying to tell her it wasn't. My bf also tried to tell her and she wouldn't listen to either of us. I even had a certified mechanic tell me several times it was too long. A week later, the belt messes up and I have to go somewhere else to get another belt. Waste of money and time. These people don't know what they're talking about and don't care. You try to tell them something and they just ignore it even when you back it up with facts. Horrible customer service."

"My car threw up a code the other day while driving. It was to late to go that night so I waited until the next day and went to the old dependable O’Reilly’s…you can count on them to help you out no matter where you’re at. I went in and the nice guy at the front grabbed his scanner and then told me it was a O2 code and it’s probably just some bad gas…he turned the light off and it hasn’t came on since. Thank you for your help and kindness."
