"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS I ordered a part on 6/15 from NIGHTWATER INDUSTRIES as it showed in stock at the time on their website. Turns out it was not in stock, when I emailed them on 6/30 because the item never shipped, they finally responded on 7/3 and let me know. On 8/20 I finally had enough and requested a refund. I never received a response until 9/3 from them after 3 requests, and they told me I'd have my refund by 9/21. That day has come and went. Absolutely horrible customer service at the very best, but this review along with the others tells the story. Don't bother doing business with them. They scammed me out of $230+. By the way, look up their address: its an empty warehouse currently available for rent."

"I ordered a part over two months ago (6/25) that appeared to be in stock, as there was no indication of it being on back order or not in stock on their website, but only after I contacted them (7/3) did they say it was not in stock. After a couple of responses via email where they apologized and stated they were working diligently to get my order filled they suddenly stopped responding. After a few more emails with no responses (on 8/17 and 8/24) and another attempt on their website (8/26) I had to do my first every credit card dispute to get my money back (9/1). I wasted over two months for a part that I never received and probably never would have. I obviously would never recommend this company and I am not sure how they stay in service."
