"Nice place to get your 2A needs. Reloading stock needs some serious attention, really needs its own isle or two as it's grossly misrepresented here. Not enough employees behind gun counters. Standing and waiting for your uncle's friend to stop talking so you can actually buy something is annoying. It has happened all 4 times I've purchased firearms from them. Stock is also very weirdly organized, often difficult to find parts ARE there but nobody knows where. Lastly, AAC 7.62x39 ammo please. We need it."

"This location is by far the worst with customer service. I went in for a firearm purchase and was immediately greeted with attitude by one of their employees who clearly lacked the skills to deal with the public. After heading over to their monitor station to fill out the paperwork, I was yet again met with another rude employee for simply asking a question. At this point, I was so annoyed by the whole experience that I walked away without purchasing anything, and I don't plan on ever walking into this location again. Management, do better."

"Second time visiting this location, let me start by saying I’m a huge fan of palmetto state armory. I’ve been a customer since 2011 and will continue to be a customer. That being said this location lacks good customer service. I went in today to purchase a shotgun and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. At this counter there were 3 workers and no one offered any help at first. After finally getting help, the one worker was very short with me and hardly wanted to offer any assistance. The workers seem to be distracted and couldn’t care less about helping customers. I would avoid this location until the staff is trained in basic human interaction."
