"They don’t honor their inner circle rewards a vuse supposed to be right now for $4.99 for first but they charged me $10 when i went back in there to show them it’s supposed to be $4.99 said “its out of my hands now” “not supposed to return these anyway” “come back tomorrow”. hate a trashy place like this."
"Absolutely awful staff. I got whined at today by one of the employees because I decided to pay with exact change. There was one person behind me, and it took an extra 15 seconds max to count the change, but apparently that was too long for the cashier. Since I'm such an inconvenience to them, I'll help them out by using my change elsewhere."
"Worthless employees at this location they just close the store whenever they feel like it. If you call they will answer the phone and tell you they have no one to work but all the lights are on and you can see the employee sitting in the store playing on their phone. Also as I went to get out of my car employee was still outside and quickly shut the door and locked it behind them while looking at me and not even making a comment."
"I usually have a regular experience at this location. Today is October 12, 2021 and the time is currently 1:46 pm eastern. I went into the store to prepay for gas line I always do. I asked the lady behind the counter (Black female, dark complexion, maybe 5'3, about 160lbs, short hair in a "Finger Wave" style) if I could have $50 on pump 4. She verified the amount and pushed whatever buttons on the register. I proceeded to enter my fuel rewards information and the key pad changed to the payment screen. I asked her if I could enter my rewards information. She told me that I could enter it on the key pad and started to put some things on the shelf behindthe counter. I told her that the screen was already on the payment screen. She responded with her face balled up, "You got to hurry up and put it in!!" There's more to this but I don't really feel like typing anymore. I'll be back to speak with the store manager. If I don't get satisfaction, I'll take it to the corporate office."
"Store is okay, but the sign on the door stating that masks are required is a, pun intended, bald-faced lie. The employees have their masks hanging under their noses, making them no more useful than an ugly chin decoration, and more than half of the customers in the store while I was there weren't wearing them at all. If you're not going to enforce the mask policy, at least take the sign down, so those of us who are actually concerned with public health know to avoid the place. Subsequent visit, customers still walk in with no mask, and employees are now wearing their masks under their chin, protecting absolutely nothing."
