"Getting stuck in here always gets me in trouble. So much selection with so many things to do on my house"

"If I could give ZERO star I would. I came in to the establishment around noon ish. I came in specifically to buy paint. I knew what colors I wanted, but was unsure of one color. The woman associate (already called the store manager that’s only female working in paint at this time.) came over to help I said I want xy and z colors. I saw the color, speaking to my father I said this looks kind of light, “ well that’s cause it’s wet” she replied, not even talking to her. I had asked her for the cards back with the colors, she said “well they are on the wall” well yeah that’s where I got them from, you could have just simply handed them back WITHOUT the attitude. then simply asked if she could just add a little more blue to the ALREADY mixed paint, I didn’t really care for the formula it’s going into a rental unit. Then she threw her hands up and said to the other employee “you deal with them” simply for asking questions, unbelievable customer service, disgusting attitude. I will be filing a corporate complaint about the employee and the store manager. We then walked out of the store. She was super friendly to the people before us, why couldn’t we get the same treatment? Down right racist employee. We went to Lowe’s where I got the paint I wanted and actual help. Go see Sharon at Lowe’s !! She’s wonderful and my former manager, thank you Sharon at Lowe’s!"

"Very disappointed in the service at this location. Called to check stock on a vanity item and told there is one left. Drove 1 hour and the one left was an open box and vanity top had a large crack across it. My time is valuable and this wasted 2 hrs for me."

"Nice selection of holiday decor. Many styles of artificial christmas trees to choose from. Garden center is always very neat and clean with a beautiful selection of seasonal flowers and shrubs. Staff seemed friendly and very willing to help the customers."

"The employees were pleasant. My grandmother and I were greeted shortly after entering. The store was pretty clean and most of the shelves were stocked. We were there to get spray paint and fortunately most of the cans were organized correctly. My grandmother was able to find the right brand and color in no time. The visit went well overall."
