I was interested in working with him when I was working out on circuit machines and observed a training session with another older gym member and liked his approach. "I’ve been working out with Teddy for just over a year now. At first, I struggled with body weight squats. 1 year in and I can squat 185#. Working out has gone from being something I did as penance for sins of meals past to something I genuinely look forward to.
