"I’ve been working out with Teddy for just over a year now. At first, I struggled with body weight squats. 1 year in and I can squat 185#. Working out has gone from being something I did as penance for sins of meals past to something I genuinely look forward to. Unlike previous personal trainers I have worked out with Teddy has shown me how to work a program to achieve my goals on my own, aka what to do in a gym when I’m by myself. Weight lifting has a lot more to it than most people assume and I find his knowledge and expertise invaluable in helping me unlock my full potential (even just reseting my form as the weights increase and changing the program to prevent boredom).
