"The lady who works here is very very rude on the phone ! We were trying to return a bed and they kept giving us the run around about what time and day they were coming to pick up the bed. Been trying to get them to pick up the bed since the beginning of June, kept setting up times for them to come get it and no one ever showed up and then we scheduled two more pick up times but apparently the employees dint put it in the system for it to be picked up, so we got a call from another employee, who was extremely rude and told us we have to pay the past due balance of June when we have been trying to get them to get it since the beginning of June ! And it’s currently the middle of July and we still have the bed getting the running around about the pick up times and the lady who was on the phone was screaming giving very much attitude. Will never go back there and don’t recommend at all !"

"I love Aaron's products and I've been a customer with them for a few years now. I dont know her name but the lady in the office I'm assuming the manager, but she was super helpful and nice but the girl that was sitting in the showroom was very rude to me 2 different days. Fist person at Aaron's that has ever been rude in the past 2-3 years."

"Great experience. I needed a recliner due to an upcoming surgery and Aron’s had exactly what I wanted. It had a slight problem with the frame but Dave, their repair technician, fixed it better than new and quickly. I would use them again. The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly."

"I asked the store account manager to provide me with a 12 months payment history for my mortgage lender, she provide me with one but it didn't have the company name listed, my mortgage lender asked me to get with this company to provide a payment history with their name listed because why would any company give a customer a payment history that doesn't have their company name listed on it. I contacted April again to advise her of this, she never contacted me back. I have filled a complaint with BBB, now awaiting for them to respond. I will never do business with Aaron's again because of their associates is not professional nor concerned about their customers, before anyone spend their hard earned money with this company please do your research, they want your money but when it comes down to them providing you with a simple payment history with their company name on it, they can't provide something this simple."
