"The store manager Courtney is very rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't need to have her position if she can't handle customer escalations with professionalism. Being a customer service manager myself, I'm very appalled at the horrible treatment my husband and I received today. I will be reporting her to corporate as well. I know plenty of people who would take her job and run circles around her when it comes to the overall experience of paying customers. Doesn't she realize if it wasn't for customers, she wouldn't be where she's at! This store because of Courtney just lost a frequent shopper. I'll travel to the next town over before I step foot back in her place."
