"I chose to use this salon because I wanted my already almost white bleached hair toned to icy platinum. The longest hair on my head is no more than an inch long and very closely cut sides and back. Their phone message proclaimed them to be the finest coloring professionals what a joke. She didn't even know the term ice platinum. Two rounds of bleach, no lavender toner like I had told her is necessary and still not icy platinum. The uneven haircut I had to buzz with my own clippers at home and apply the lavender toner myself which I realize now I should have done and never wasted the $130.00 on this place. My message asking them to try and make this right has not been answered. I give them one star review for: Ignorance of skills, Over charging, Ignoring my complaint, Unprofessional behavior. Don't go here"

"I had called to see if they had anything for styling on a Saturday. At the time they were booked. She was so pleasant and offered other salons that may have openings. She called back in about ten minutes because had spoken with the owner and he found some time to fit me in! Billy was amazing. He made my shoulder length hair look so full and he was a complete delight! My experience was so lovely. I would recommend to anyone."

"I am so lucky I found Amy for my wedding. She did an incredible job on my hair along with all my bridesmaids and mother-in-law. Everyone had a different hairstyle, we all wanted something a little unique and special and she just nailed it. Her braid work is stunning, and all of our hair stayed perfect throughout the day even amidst the awful Savannah humidity. She was a joy to have on our special day, she was fun and bubbly and sweet and helped keep me calm throughout the morning which looking back, I absolutely needed! Though I live in Chicago, she is my hairdresser now whenever I visit Savannah. We owe her a huge thanks for making our day so special."
