"This is my favorite place for a quick bite when I visit family in Bluffton. The staff is always so friendly and quick. The food is top quality and always correct."
"One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Going into a fast food place my expectations are already low but the dining room was disgusting. Holes in the wall. Dirty floors. The food was fine but the service was awful. They just stared at us for seconds before acknowledging us. Didn't give us the right food. Customers AND THE MANAGER arguing with customers over not giving them their correct food. Even after being told they'd be given the right food. Awful service."
"Sitting on line for 15 min. 10pm and lights turn off. Hours say open until 11pm. Went to the window and asked why they weren't open and they said short staffed. So they were short staffed at 10:00 but they were still open. I don't understand that it's one thing if you have different shifts but if you're open at 10:00 and you're normally supposed to be open till 11:00 why are you closing at 10:00? It's not like you have another shift coming in from 10:00 to 11:00."
"LIVE COCKROACHES IN THE FOOD! I went to this Wendy’s on 01/14/23 at 11:00 AM. I ordered a chicken sandwich and there was a live cockroach. There was one bite that was EXTRA crunchy. I look under the bun and there was the headless roach, still twitching. I ran to my bathroom & vomited for almost 30 minutes. When I called the store the woman who answered the phone was dead silent after I explained the situation. No apology no nothing. I asked if I was going to get an apology, and she basically called me a liar saying “we don’t have cockroaches.” Well enjoy the photo of the headless roach imbedded in cheese and sauce and bread. I contacted corporate & I will be reporting the store to the board of health. As someone who worked fast food, I understand bugs happen. It’s the fact that there was no apology not even an attempt at one. I don’t care about money… I don’t even want a refund. I honestly just wanted an apology. The pictures will speak for themselves. You can see the veins in the cockroach wings and some of the legs and the part that connects the torso to the head. Sadly… I ate the head and I didn’t think uploading pictures of my vomit to google would be the best idea."
"Won’t be going back. The staff was very unprofessional, wearing ear buds, hoodies and normal clothing like they were at home. The woman fixing drinks was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. They also only had 1 type of salad which I only found out after asking for the other 3. Food was not up to normal Wendy’s standard as well. The chips were also expired which makes me worry what else is!"
