"This is a review for the service department. I just had my 1996 Toyota Landcruiser in for engine work. Nicholas Wright was my service advisor. The man was on point with keeping me informed throughout the entire process and was friendly and even offered a rental car since my LC had to stay for a few days to get everything serviced and repaired. Curtis Kraauss is the service manager at Stokes Beaufort he is the most professional service manager at any dealership I have ever had my vehicles serviced at. He took time time to explain the details of everything they were doing to service and repair my vehicle. Chad was the mechanic who invested himself in getting down and dirty to get the job done, so special thanks to him for all the work put in. I will be bringing my 1996 LC to them for as long as they are working at the Beaufort location. Someone in management really should recognize this GREAT group of employees. They truly care about the customers. You just don't see that kind of care most places you go these days. Hold on to these guys they truly are exceptional!"
