"Quiet walk around the lake. Boardwalk gives a good view. Saw an alligator swimming across the lake, then hefted himself out of the water to sunbathe."
"Small, nice, walk around a pond. Many raised boardwalks. Office & bathrooms were closed when we were there. 2 covered picnic tables."
"1st time exploring at Crystal Lake Park. It was beautiful! Nice raised boardwalk around most of the lake. Half a mile loop. Lots of shade and birds. Saw an alligator sunning itself too."
"Wonderful little walk. This little park has a lot to offer, from birds to alligators. The lake is picturesque and even offers the occasional fish jumping. We saw a Great Blue Heron and some finches but I am sure more birds visit this spot. Did not see any turtles but the signs about Alligators is correct as we saw a very large one out sunning. Green anoles will keep you company as the run along the boardwalk rails. Most of the c trail is boardwalk unless you go all the way around the lake so you and your pup can feel safe . Very enjoyable walk with lovely trees and natural foliage."
"I love this park. Very easy walk, great place for catch and release deck fishing and if you're lucky, you can spy the local gator who lives there! Early evenings can bring entertaining views of the Osprey couple catching fish. Easy peasy parking and please don't litter our beautiful parks!"
