"I would say they have terrible customer service, but you can't be bad at something you really don't do. I had fraud on a credit card (which they caught to their credit) and there is nowhere to dispute the charge as part of the website beyond sending an email to an outside company who handles their credit cards. Long story short, after several unanswered emails I went by a branch and someone called to check the status of my dispute. The money was returned to my card, but I am still waiting for any type of reply that the case was even opened (yes I know it has been closed, I am referring to communication) from back in April. For reference, it is almost August at this point. Also I have had 2 late payments to this bank simply due to the fact that THEY NEVER BILLED ME! This is a secondary account for me and I noticed the payments due, one on my Visa card, and one on a personal loan simply by logging into my account because I knew a payment had to be coming up even if I never received a bill and saw the red past due notice. When I messaged as to why I never received a bill it took about 3 days to get a reply (again messaging whatever outside company they use) and my reply was basically "Well, if you log into your account you can see when a payment is due" For now I am keeping an account just for the one fact that their Visa has a very low APR. Other than that I can not trust them with my money simply due to the poor communication. Then again, as I mentioned in the first sentence, can you really be poor at something you don't even try to do?"
"Tried to order checks, I changed my address so online it said I had to go to the bank. Went all the way to the bank, showed my info, was told it was all set. Now I get home and try to order checks. It still wants to print my old address and send them to my old address. They have my phone number wrong. I have corrected it three times, they still have the wrong phone number and I still can't order checks."
