I was able to figure out that I was being used by a lawyers office who was supposed to help me pay off old debt. They were telling not to answer RFC calls. But I finally did. And Catherine helped me figure out that I was being taken advantage of and she was also able to get me back on track with my payments and even made them lower. I have honestly never been treated this nice by a finance place before."

Some of these managers were somewhat helpful but none gave the service that Catherine has. She really cares for customers. There have times that I give been late but she does not harness she simply asks why and if there is anything that she do to help catch the loan payment up. I have never had a problem they've always worked with me the manager especially has not only explained how some of the loans work to me but when I wasn't able to pay my payment that month on time. She worked with me to get extensions to help me countless times. I miss being able to come in there to pay my loan because of the conversation and friendliness that I experienced. If any of the staff was let go I would not want to work with this company anymore."
