"Incredibly annoying when I go to this branch and there seems to be only one particular person who tells me that I need my ID to make a cash deposit. A single deposit. Been plenty of times to other locations and have never been told it was necessary UNLESS I wanted my balance on my receipt. This person kept telling me she required my ID for all cash transactions, yet I was not told that the 3 times I stopped by earlier in the week. Someone needs to get everyone on the same page. I did not have my ID on me at the time so it was a huge waste of time as I had to drive to a different location to deposit my cash...without my ID and without any problems. I try to avoid this branch now."
