"This location is annoying to deal with. They over complicate every thing. The drive thru is the worst. The clerk I was dealing with had a big nose ring. I'm sorry but that's just unprofessional. Nothing against nose rings or tattoos but they don't belong in a professional business. Take it out and cover it up until you are away from work, than feel free to let your freak flag fly. Just don't do it here."

"I scheduled an appointment for open a business account (Because i was tired of bad service in other big bank) so I got there on time and I was greeted by a lady that took care of me, she was waiting for my appointment, she was professional, kind and gave me all the info that I needed! Great first experience with the bank office!"

"Usually I don't have a bad experience. But the gentleman that was there were very rude. Making comments about where my $ came from. I thought this was a personal banking business. Then one bill had a rip in it. All he could of said is he couldn't take it. And he said "did you get hungry?"... that's disrespectful. Then making comments about my job, which I just wanted to get out of there by then. Just the whole situation was weird and uncomfortable."
