"If I could give a 0 I would . It Started from the old lady host yelling out which table to sit at, I sat at a different table bc that one was dirty. She came up and said “ we in rotation you have to move” first off I’m a host also & we sit paying customers where they would like to . Strategize a better floor chart. Secondly we are non pork eaters & there is only 4 meats at this breakfast “buffet” bacon , frozen pork links , chicken tenders and fried bologna. Never again will they get my money, I should have left because I was not satisfied couldn’t even get a decent breakfast. 0/10"

"I should have read the reviews before I came in!!! It was recommended by someone that we come here for breakfast and on this particular day it was really, really cold outside so stopping by for cold food before a two hour drive home after a 12 hour work shift was not ideal for breakfast!!!! However the server was very attentive and sweet as well as wholesome"

"There was an older lady wiping tables down bossing other people around. Her boss even asked her to calm down. I understand when someone has a bad day but you work at an establishment between 10 hotels who haven't seen their kids in months cause their at ft Jackson. You filled the cup up so fast your attitude splashed on the plate. Ate one plate and spend $34 never again!! Nasty attitudes. No one was even at the door to greet us. The conversation in the kitchen was more important."

"As I walked in I was told at door grab a seat, what do want to drink? I replied oJ and water. Everything looked very fresh on the buffet. As I was sitting down with my food. I heard a lady tell her server that the food was all cold. The server told the lady that "nothing was cold on the line" . I had already gotten my plate of food. I will be darned if the other customer wasn't 100% Correct. There was nothing that was hot that I had. Eggs, gravy sausage and potatoes. I had to grab a spoon off the line. (My server hadn't brought silverware,) I did not want to argue with server the way the other guest did. I had ate as much as I could "cold" about half way through my server brought my OJ and water. I asked for silverware and a napkin. I really wanted the other customer to be wrong. I drove 20 miles out of my way for Shoney's. I live their buffet breakfast when it is hot."

"We had never been to Shoney's and my husband was excited to try it. One walk around the buffet and I knew we made a mistake. Congealed gravy, mushy looking veggies, ugh. We decided to order hamburgers. Waitress finally gets to us and takes the order. 10 minutes later we're told they don't have hamburger buns. Ok...then when the food finally arrives she got my order wrong and my husband's meal should've had bacon, nope, and the 2nd hamburger patty was raw uncooked chopmeat. The fries and the soda were good."
