"Got a ton of black bits in my fountain drink. The manager (female - don't know her name) didn't seem to care. Their ice machine is clearly nasty. Inside was clean otherwise, but it has just been renovated, so I don't expect that to last."
"I had no idea what bojangles was going to be, I just kept seeing them around and decided to stop by. Basically, it's like Popeyes, except maybe not as good. It's typical fast food, good chicken strips, fries, and biscuits. I'd like to compliment their Arabic coffee, it was actually really good and strong for drip coffee."
"First, let me say to manager, Big Tim, (I hope I got the name right) that you've done your best to solve the recurring problem with the half-full containers of coleslaw. My visit today was the last straw. I ordered two 5 piece chicken supreme dinners and a large coleslaw, then requested the promised coleslaw to make up for my previous order. I gave the person at the window my card. The amount she stated seemed right, but having been given no receipt, i cant be sure. When she returned it, she asked that I pull into the first parking space. It was only when I got home that I realized that I hadn't been given my drinks. When I opened the bag, there were two containers of coleslaw, both full. One dinner, however, contained only chicken and a biscuit. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, only to be told, not asked to hold on, but to be told she was too busy to come to the phone. Too busy to talk to a customer??? When I attempted to call back - 5 times - the phone was obviously off the hook. The next time I want Bojangle's, I'll drive further because there's no excuse for the lack of professionalism and inferior customer service at this location."
"Went through drive thru. Ordered 5 piece "Supremes" (tenders..see attached picture for what passes as "supreme"...THEY ARE THE SAME SIZE AS THE LITTLE HOT SAUCE PACKET!!!!) with large dirty rice, large Pepsi. honey mustard dipping sauce, 2 piece white with large fry, large slaw and large Starry. Cashier gave total that was more than what we ordered. Asked cashier at window if my order was correct and repeated it to her. She said yes. She explained there was a $2 upcharge to make large. (Did NOT explain it was $2 PER ITEM in the combo.) The order was rung up incorrectly and I was charged full price for the coleslaw instead of the $2 upcharge. IN ADDITION...Did NOT receive dirty rice (large or otherwise). Did NOT receive honey mustard dipping sauce. Received COLD fries that were VERY over-salted. Called the store when the errors were discovered (25 miles to get home). Spoke to a woman who refused to give her name. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was "a manager". She was terse and short in her communications. I explained the issue and she told me I had to drive the 1/2 hour back to the store and she had to look through the bags to provide ANY customer service. Absolutely the WORST food experience with poor quality and poor customer service. ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND WAS GIVEN A FAKE, NON-FUNCTIONING NUMBER! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. They are serving trash and don't care, even a little bit."
