"If it’s past about 7:30 pm I have learned to not bother coming to this location . I sat in the drive thru 10 min before I gave up on getting my order taken (I was the only one at the drive thru) as I rode around the building to leave there’s nobody at the first window but two people at the second window BIG CHILLIN . Second time this has happened within a week . So I guess they stall you out at the window in hopes you will leave . Only thing that saved them from a stone cold cuss out is that I didn’t use my mobile app and hadnt already paid for my food yet because at that point I would’ve needed my money back immediately whether they wanted to talk on the drive thru mic or not .If u short staffed ..cool but don’t ignore ppl cause you don’t wanna work ."
"No pickles apparently means extra pickles. It’s not hard to read the screen when orders are being placed. Super annoying since I was in a hurry and couldn’t turn around to have my order made correctly."
"Went through the drive-thru. Associate taking order was very helpful, even recommended "deals" or "specials" which we took advantage of. Two of our four orders of fries however, were not salted, otherwise food would have rcvd 5 stars. Overall good experience."
"Fresh fries seemed to be mixed in with old? You could see and taste the difference. Edging around buns we're hard. Just not good for what we spent, even for fast food!"
