Red Lobster

"The host was very nice but soft spoken, we struggled to hear him speak. We were initially told we would be seated in "just a minute" because there was only one table ahead of us. After 15 min, we checked in on the wait time and we're told 15 min. I asked about the initial wait time and time now being different, but he explained there was only one waitress. In the about 20-30 min that we were waiting to be sat, 3 different groups of people left because the wait was too long and people were not being given realistic wait times. Considering the parking lot was nearly empty, the whole wait time thing was very strange. After we were seated, the waitress promptly took our drink orders and brought us the yummy biscuits. We got our drinks quickly and ordered our food. The waitress was very nice, 5/5 customer service. After waiting almost 30 min, we finally got our food. My husbands burger was burnt and he only took 2 bites. My shrimp was room temperature and dry. I was only able to choke down half of it. My broccoli was undercooked and covered in an extra salty butter goo. I could only have one bite. Overall, we were very disappointed in our experience and will not be back. It is important to note that the waitress took the burger off of our check. She did nothing wrong so we made sure to tip her based off the original bill. Front staff needs better training. They need more waiters/waitresses and better cooks."

"Nicole & Tammy were amazing! The food was fresh, delicious, & worth the money. Tammy & Nicole took real good care of us. They both were on top of everything we needed. I will be back soon ❤️"

"My daughter & I came for Thanksgiving dinner. Service was great by Nicole & food was good except for the mashed potatoes. They had a funny taste to them so I didn't eat them. It was nice & quiet, but towards the end, when we were leaving, the kitchen got very loud, but we overlooked that as we figured they were ready to go seeing as they closed at 6 pm. Overall a good experience & would return."

"Went in for all you care to eat shrimp... All tasted freezer burnt... Anyway they were cooked and they tasted freezer burnt. Plastic cups and utensils!!! What a shame!!! Sat near the kitchen and the "music" that was coming out you could barely carry on a conversation. The only saving grace was that the server was fairly attentive!!! Haven't been there in a while and I definitely will not be going back anytime soon!!!"

"The food was better than the service. The manager asked if we would be okay sitting near the bar and we were, until the bartender took over 20 minutes to make our one bar drink and made many others for other tables. It’s $20 Endless Shrimp and the server did not ask if I wanted a refill and never came back to ask. He was standing not even 10’ from us and we were definitely visible to him the entire time. It was like pulling teeth to get another order in or delivered."
