"Came here on a Saturday. Helpful. Kind. Got what needed to be done."
"I’ve gone to this post office for the past 19 years. Elba and The carrier were friendly, I even gave the carrier a holiday tip and also I would take cookies to the post office during the holidays. But when I moved I went in and gave my change is address card to the gentleman, who isn’t friendly- older man, mustache and olive complexion and I asked is there anything else that I need to do. He said no, barely looked at me or the address card, but I felt it wild be taken care of. I was wrong, 2 weeks went by and no mail. I called and was told they never received the card that I hand delivered to the Maybrook post office. Crazy , I’m across country and don’t have my Mail. Waiting for follow up to see if I can get all mail forwarded."
"Very helpful service."
"Every time I need to send a package or get stamps everyone has been very helpful."
"Went into the post office to mail out a package for my business. I was told by another customer that only one person was allowed in the mailing room at a time. I asked the worker if that was true and they said yes, however there was nothing posted on the door. I was also told in order to enter I needed to wear a mask, which there was also nothing posted stating that either. If you are going to make requirements of customers you should post those requirements on the window instead of making them go back and forth."
