"Awful service waited 45 minutes on my food. Went through drive thru and watched several people come in after me and leave before me. I order all fried food nothing special and my food tasted reheated and it was 18 bucks for lunch ..they didn't put any ketchup or plastic ware in the bag .. Just don't go there"

"We ordered through the app and chose cubside pickup for 3pm. We got there and checked in by 3:02pm. By 3:16pm my husband had to go in and get the order. It was just sitting on the counter. Employees didn't even apologize, just handed him the bag and asked if he needed a cup carrier."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I am a mom who is just trying to survive here. To start with I ordered curbside pick up because I couldn’t go inside as my son was sleeping and going through the drive thru wakes him up. Well apparently they don’t offer curbside pick up. Secondly when I got my order the fries were unseasoned when I came back around they tried to hand me seasoning cups I told them I can’t season it as I am driving also it doesn’t stick to the fries if you do it that way finally a manager took the fries I had and sprinkled them with seasoning I just left because my son was screaming at the top of his lungs. They people there are EXTREMLY rude and I will not be going back."

"I really enjoyed the drive-thru experience! Kindness and patience shown when I was confused. I even came back through to get more salad dressing and was shown the same Kindness and patience! I left with a good feeling about my experience there!"

"The order ahead function on the app was flawless, but if you don't select curbside pickup getting your food is a challenge. You'll either have to use the drive thru or call them and get the employees to unlock the door. The dining room is NOT open yet and the employees are understaffed. They parked about 90% of the drive thru customers. Seemed disorganized and dysfunctional. Not the best experience."
