Pizza Hut

"I ordered two personal pan pizzas on 8/11 with no sauce, as I’m allergic to the tomato sauce. Of course both of my pizzas had sauce. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know of the error. The young lady I spoke with gave me the option of having the pizzas remade that day or to put under my phone number for a comp. I opted to have the comp…being as though I couldn’t eat the rest of the evening because of the tomato sauce. And ever since then I’ve been hesistant to reorder from this location. Today 10/3 I figured I would give it a chance. Of course there is no record for the personal pan pizzas and of course the manager wasn’t helpful. Instead of apologizing for the error of his employee, I was told there was nothing he could do. Even though it was, which was replace my pizzas. So basically this location stole my money, Thank you"

"It took nearly 20 minutes just place my order on the app for 2 personal Pan pizzas. However, the employee did start making my order while I was placing the order. The pizzas were finished before I even finished placing the order."

"Horrible service! My pizza was wrong when I arrived after waiting another 20 min at pick up window. Then when I came in to tell then it was wrong, manager said she could re do would be another 20 min. Left. Came back. My pizza was made wrong AGAIN! And instead of an apology or even offering a drink while I waited...no one said nothing while I waited a hour more for new pizza. Then got home and it was undercooked. I will never be returning. The lack of customer service is unreal!"

"My experience wasn’t good. I’m allergic to sausage whether it’s pork or beef. I told Lanesha I do not want sausage of any kind on the supreme pizza. I wanted it with extra cheese. I should’ve checked it before I left but I was too tired to do so from an event I went to earlier today. Crazy but true. And I smelled a little bit of perfume on it! Lanesha repeated the order back to me but posted something different on my receipt. I threw out the pizza and took a couple of pictures. I called to speak to the manager and she was very polite. She offered to remake a pizza for me but I respectfully declined. Won’t be going there ever again!"
