"Horrible experience tonight! Called 3 times over the phone to make a delivery order and could not reach anyone. Finally, after like the 4th time I was able to get someone over the phone to make an order. I still had no luck because the delivery driver shows up with a Dinner Box instead of the Tastemaker I ordered. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut anymore!"

"My order was thirty five milater than when it was expected, it was room temperature, not even hot. Opened the box and realized that nothing I ordered is what I received. Call to ask about it, Was put on hold for over three minutes before I was rudely hung up on. Call the second time to which I waited over eleven minute unhold before I hung up, Third time I called someone picked up the phone and just set it down ( heard people in the backgrounds talking) Then got hung up on, The fourth time I called someone picked up and instantly hung up. Finally got in my car, get to the location and have to deal with some rude employee. I asked for a number for complaints, was given a number to place and order, I asked for another number, was given the owners number or I was told so and just like every other number, no answer."

"This is the sorriest location. And, customer service is a 2. And this one guy wass a liar ...once last month, our oven baked pasta was DRY. Drier than normal. Which is why I asked for extra sauce but the Caucasian guy was like... "oh it'll be cold. It'll be cold sauce". As if they can't warm it?... Cook it in the dish WITH the pasta.. or, hear me out now... or as if I can't have it on the side and warm it at my house and then put it in my dish myself. And don't try to call an order in. They are never busy but you can't get through on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm. They pick the phone up and leave you on hold or pick up and don't say anything then just place you on hold. I will go ALL the way down to the opposite end of tobacco rd to the other location because 2519 tobacco rd is AWESOME."

"IF I COULD RATE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! Orderedhand tossed pizzas and got EXTRA thin crust pizza. Was highly disappointed, waste of time and money"
