"I wish I can give no stars. Poor customer service. I made a complaint because I received uncooked chicken wings food, the quality / appearance of my food wasn’t appealing! The store never answer, and after waiting a long time while the line just rings, it hangs up after 5 minutes! I will never spend my money here again ! They have lost a loyal customer! And I am super loyal me and my family order here weekly! Very dissatisfied!"

"They said 35 to 45 minutes and took an hour and fifteen. They already charge a delivery fee, which in my opinion should go to the driver only, but I told my daughters to give the driver a couple bucks before they came. I ordered for my daughter's at home because we were in the hospital. She gave him 6 bucks which I would've told her not to pay if I knew he was longer than the time they said they would be."

"Ordered a all meat pizza, had very little meat, will not be going back."

"Recently door dash has been doing the deliveries for this location, without any warning. We order on the app and tip the driver. Then we get an email stating door dash will deliver the pizzas! The first time it happened, we thought it was a one time situation. But it happened again tonight. On top of this, the drivers aren’t provided thermal bags so our pizza is arriving cold from a service we didn’t even go through. We won’t be ordering delivery from this location in the future."

"So it seems door dash is now doing the deliveries for this location. They are giving the drivers multiple orders that are not in the thermal bags. We received 60 bucks worth of ice cold pizza and wings. The driver stated they had our order in the back of their car for over 30 mins while they delivered other orders. I live 7 mins from the location! Staff is rude as well. Do yourself a favor and forget there’s a papa John’s store at this location. This place should be out of business."
