"The hotel has excellent food. No need to really go out to eat it's actually better there. The staff are very nice and curtious. They go far beyond expectations of a Holliday inn. If you stay in Agusta, speaking for myself that's the only place you need for a wonderful stay"

"The gym at this hotel is unsafe and I can’t believe they have equipment in that condition available for use. I nearly fell because the conveyor belt stopped and then kept going on both the treadmills in the gym. This is such a huge safety and liability concern. Weights are missing and the front desk agent can’t be bothered to work. Just asked for help with my key card not opening my room/ the gym and this bothered the staff member. Was assisted but had the attendant roll her eyes at me. They really have outdone themselves with the pics they posted because they sure deceived me. Room was clean but elevator and common areas were rundown and nasty. It served its purpose for a one night stop but be aware it’s not worth the price point."

"My son and I arrived here after a long drive from Texas. The front desk were very pleasant and informative. However, upon entering the room, we immediately recognized red and brown stains on the carpet throughout the room. (Big turnoff), Later we observed that the sink was stopped up. After observing this, we didn't want to find anything else, we simply relocated to another hotel."

"We there during the weekend on 9/22/23. This location is conveniently off of the Hwy, food places & and convenience store, aka gas station. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very polite young lady, her just left my mind. Nonetheless, she got us checked in quickly and is the run down of the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for a weekend's stay. Free breakfast & a bar. Yes, it has an indoor pool & fitness center. ATM is securely located in a room on the first floor. I do recommend this location."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives (most importantly, comfy and clean bed), there were also several issues that need attention. Firstly, the initial room (209) had a strong smell of weed, which was quite unpleasant. However, the staff was accommodating and switched us to a different room promptly. One major disappointment was the breakfast. Most items were served cold, and the eggs were notably devoid of any temperature. The bell peppers were even rotten, and to add to the frustration, the soft drink machine was out of order during our stay. In our hotel room, we were provided with an nearly empty tissue box, containing only three tissues. Additionally, the toilet paper roll was nearly empty. Cleaning crew didn’t switch it out. One unsettling aspect was finding someone else's glasses left in the room, indicating that the cleaning crew did not perform a thorough sweep. Lastly, the shower was challenging to use without creating a mess. Water splashed everywhere due to the fabric curtain, making it difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry. While the staff was responsive to some of our concerns, these issues collectively had a negative impact on our stay. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience."
