"Since McDonald’s has got the screens you can order before getting in line, it has made it complicated for both employees and customers in my opinion. Everyone is always friendly. It seems every time I go it’s packed full of people. That makes it hard to get your order straight."

"I came here for a couple of days ordering food here and there and the food has stale bread the meat isn't good enough and I have waiting here for things and this McDonald's is completely not up to code of conduct or dealing with customers or potential employees. They treated me as if I was nothing for food or a job I do not recommend this place for food or a job. The employees here will treat you with no respect or any manners of that type. If it were up to me I'd shut this place down, Gordon Ramsey would be absolutely disgusted with how this place is ran and by the people he would be absolutely shocked."

"Exactly what I wanted, just don't go inside unless you wanna flag someone down. Otherwise it's like you don't exist... Staring right at you and somehow not even acknowledge that you're there. What has this world has come to? To not even be polite enough to give a head nod"

"Drive-thru has a lot to be desired. Person at second window said no greeting. Stuck my drink out. Was talking to coworker, and did not look out to say, "hi" or "eff off". She just kept yammering away to the coworker. I sat for about 10 seconds just to give her a chance. She failed. Dear McDonald's, hire people who care that they are earning a wage."

"For a place with such a new, sleek look, you'd think they'd have their act more together. This was a hot mess. There were flies everywhere, and I had to wipe off our table. Several of the chairs were ripped - why in a new looking place? The staff was unhelpful and seemed put out by having to help anyone. They were constantly yelling order numbers. Guests were trying to use the kiosk, but there no table tent numbers, and you didn't get a receipt."
