"Ordered usual custom online. When arrived to pick up, they had given order to someone else. Had to wait almost an hour to make another. No offer to compensate for their screw up. Thomson, GA location."
"For the most the pizza looks good but I can't eat it because it has to much sauce on it after I asked for light sauce this is the fifth time this has happened to me in 2 months. And today I waited 40 minutes after I was told it would be a forty minute waite."
"I would probably faint if they ever answered the phone. Couple weeks ago it said their phone was disconnected but now it rings and rings and no one ever answers. Go inside and people are playing on their phones or eating at the register. Food is poorly made too. This use to be a good location but it has went down hill in the last year or so! I don't know what changed but there definitely needs to be a reboot."
"I called four times and no one answered the phone. I get there and they claim they were busy. Only one person in front of me and no other cars in parking lot. Two employees were cutting up, laughing at the window. They were not busy AT ALL. They just didn’t want to answer the phone."
"They advertise calzones but you have to order them online and pick it up. You can’t go through drive through and request it. No hot and ready pizza. It took about 15 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza."
