"If there was a 0 rating I would leave it, the Krystal's restaurant in Thompson GA just outside of Augusta I believe on Washington Street, who ever owns it needs to visit McDonald's across the street and see how a well oiled machine works, I hate McDonald's but will choose that over your establishment even though I love Krystal's. While 3 of your employees made perfect eye contact with me the guy cooking at least 4 times, didn't alert anyone I was there and another lady there made eye contact with me multiple times and another one out of view cussing and slamming something I tell you was a real treat to run into. This location is a perfect example of why folks get replaced with computers. You need to fire a couple and invest in a lobby kiosk, and for the one pissing and moaning about how little they get paid, they are making what I believe is equivalent to the service I received"

"Went through drive thru to grab breakfast before going home to get out of the storms. Ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese toasters and 2 orders of tater tots. Got home to discover we only got sausage and toast. No egg no cheese. Had to wait in the drive thru long enough to cook the sandwiches fresh. Called the store and had to leave a voicemail. Still have gotten no callback."

"***Update. The links on Krystal's website for feedback do not work. Both the one that was replied to this and the one it redirects you to.*** Did not get food here. Dirty fist off. But watched an employee go out and talk to a car and then come back in and with the same gloves on started making food. She was touching the car, door handles, and ??? Then people's food. So we left."

"This place sucks! It is 6:35pm on a Monday. I am traveling with my family, they are just off of the expressway, they even have signs on the expressway to direct you to this restaurant. We stopped to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom. We arrived to find the doors locked. We assumed they were closed, but saw two people standing on the inside. We asked could we use the restroom and get some food. We were told we could not use their restroom and we would have to go Through the drive thru. Well why would I want to stop 2 places when we could choose s place to stop all at once. We ultimately went to Zaxby’s to fulfill our needs. The staff was just being lazy. There is no reason that a fast food restaurant just off of the expressway should not be open for the public. Might be why they didn’t have not one single customer the entire 35 minutes we sat in Zaxby’s. Good restaurant chain, bad employees. I even attached a photo of them just standing around watching TV."

"Lady at the window was super courteous. She gets a star for this restaurant. Order was not correct with two items. Waited for 25 minutes to order and get our food. That is way too long for interstate travelers like us. We will not be stopping there again. Plus they add 4% surcharge for processing your charge card. What restaurant does that to their customers??? So I paid in cash."
