"Made an online order, waited 20 minutes before leaving to pick it up thinking that was ample time to allow the order to process. I get to the store and asked if my order was ready.. nope, they hadn't even started making it 30 minutes after receiving the order! Had to ask the cashier where my food was and of course, when they checked the back, they STILL had not began making this order (20 tenders and 4 large fries) .. another 55 minute wait in the store before my order was handed to me and I still had to ask for the additional sauce I requested when putting this in. The staff offered no apology or acknowledgement of being so far behind. I do understand being short-staffed at times but you have to draw a line at being competent at some point. Food is great, service is horrible and unorganized."

"Great young man greeted us at the counter and gave us a few recommendations as we had never been there before. We had some chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. Everything was very good. We ate in the restaurant which was the only disappointing thing about our visit. It was colder than the artic in that place. All the employees were even wearing jackets or coats."

"Got a 6 piece chicken finger plate but they gave me a 3 piece with no coleslaw instead... Mildly infuriating."

"The line was wrapped around the building but I'll just blame covid. I waited patiently and it was well worth the wait. Idk what crew was on that night but great job! All of my food was fried to perfection and hot. I dropped a plate to my sister and she text me the next day and said that Zaxby's was amazing! So thank you for making the wait worthwhile! Update: still amazing"

"The service at this location was the worst of any Zaxby's I have been to. The young man taking orders was rude on the intercom and continually rushed and didn't take the order properly and became snappy when corrected. Got to the window, the young man wasn't wearing his mask, I don't find this a big deal normally but only the drive through is open because of covid so you'd think they would enforce the city ordinance! I love Zaxby's but avoid this location and train your staff! The food was also not to par with other locations, think they forgot how to toast their bread!"
