"Walgreens is my usual pharmacy in Richmond Hill but during my recent visit the employee at the register was so disgusting looking with all the piercings in “its” face that I couldn’t even look up. I think I’ll look for another pharmacy that has some kind code of appearance for their employees"

"If you are a US Military service member and are required to get your vaccinations through LHI, do not come here. The staff is incompetent with how to handle the paperwork and will turn you away when you have a appointment. I brought in all of the paperwork LHI gave me and I was turned away due to not having a prescription, even though in the past I have always brought everything and was taken care of. The Pharmacy staff was rude and belittling towards me in the process. Drive the extra miles and go to Garden City instead if you can. I also want to add, the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist did not read the appointment instructions. They also did not call the number that is listed in the paperwork if they had any questions. They were quick to dismiss me."
