"This review is for cashier “Ro” who assisted me this past Sunday, 01/21/2024. His customer service was so impressive that here I am, writing a review for a grocery store. Ro was friendly, fast, and just overall exceptional. What impressed me the most was that he was consistently providing this high level of service to everyone in the line. And it wasn’t just the usual “Hey, how’s your day going.” It was evident that he wanted to connect with the customer, even if just for a few minutes while not losing concentration on the task at hand. Such a charismatic person. Ro, you are impressive!"

"We love this store and have been driving here for 5 years from Savannah to Richmond Hill just to shop here. But there is a serious issue, I am disabled and need the handicap carts they offer. It doesn't matter when we go the carts are normally not plugged in, and they are old. It is extremely frustrating when you have it full of groceries and it dyes. Hey, Publix you guys have the friendly thing going on, everyone is always nice. But no one is monitoring the carts. Plus they are old. Newer carts have a digital gauge that lets you know how much power is available. The model you are using goes from full charge to beeping dead within minutes, there is no in-between!"

"The young man that was making our subs was awesome!! We had 6 of us that all needed different subs with different ingredients. He handled us all and very politely. He made all our subs perfect and we will definitely be back again in the future. Wish I could remember this name so I could give him personal good reviews for his excellent workmanship and patience!"
