"What an incredible experience! Pawparazzi is, by far, the most outstanding grooming service that I have come across. From scheduling the appointment to pick up, everything was 5/5 stars. First, I was impressed by the intuitive and efficient online appointment system. Super convenient for someone with a hectic schedule. Then, on the appointment date, I arrived at an adorable and impeccable facility. My husky was greeted by Jessie, who was kind and patient during the initial consultation. Jessie was thorough and not once did I feel rushed. Jessie was communicative throughout the appointment and it was evident that he was committed to providing exceptional customer service, which he absolutely did. My husky came home looking stellar. I was also impressed that she came home demonstrating a happy demeanor and ready to play. I am used to seeing her come home from other grooming appointments looking somber. I used to think that she was just tired. It was clear that Jessie did everything right - including making my girl feel comfortable. I have now scheduled my 2nd husky with Jessie, and we have officially found our new permanent groomer! We are so appreciative!"
