The staff at Publix in Richmond Hill are accommodating and courteous. They are more than willing to help me find a specific item or have a question. Publix's BOGO (Buy One, Get One) deals and weekly specials are fantastic for saving money on groceries. I always find great deals on items I regularly purchase, making it a budget-friendly shopping experience. Their customer service truly sets this store apart from others."

"Great service and super friendly staff! Great location too! Husband walked in after closing hours by 3 mins and the lady behind the counter was super nice to take his prescription, prepare the medicine and give them to him within 5 mins! Went to pick up some medicine on a separate occasion, and the gentleman behind the register was also very nice. Will definitely be back."

"I’ll never understand why a pharmacy will tell you 30-45 minutes when your here waiting. I walked up and the pharm was eating. I asked about it and they told me 30-45 minutes. I worked in a pharmacy and my aunt has been a pharmacist for 15+ years. I know that it doesn’t take 30-45 minutes to fill a prescription for someone who is waiting. Highly disappointed. I’m in so much pain I’m crying to the lady and I just got a sorry. Ridiculous. They may have got it in 5 minutes but they should never tell someone 30-45 if that’s inaccurate"

"If you want to experience customer service that’s down right genuine and shows that they value and care about you- you found your pharmacy. I can’t say enough- BOLTON (Danielle/others too)- they’re not only knowledgeable, but go out of their way to make sure that the customer is being provided the best and safest treatment. During these difficult times where it is especially tricky to see your provider in person, Bolton takes the time to listen, then consults the lead pharmacist, contacts my doctor, and finds the time during a busy day to somehow call me back to answer every question and concern i had- in a way no other pharmacist in my experience ever would (in all 6 states I’ve moved to). He truly goes above and beyond- every single time. I witness the same care for each and every customer. These guys deserve a round of applause and are heroes in my book. Thank you. I will forego ever major pharmacy as long as I can go to my Publix."

"It has been just great 'til I spoke with a tech that seemed to have a harsh & negative attitude over the phone. Everybody has been nice & professional over the phone & in person until 'till I spoke with this tech this week. I'm very disappointed with this person's "attitude" who doesn't seem to know how to handle customer relations or communicate well. Just to give an example...at the end I said thank you at the end & she said in sarcastic way, "No, thank you. A little apologies or appreciation for using their pharmacy."
