"The food is always great quality and served timely. Most fast food places usually mess up orders. I go there on a routine basis and its always consistant and correct."

"Y'all this Hardee's is not the one! I will say they had EMS, fire and police their tending to a customer. But we had ordered our food thru the drive thru and waited 30 minutes a long with 5 other cars. The emergency was inside which I got ran out of when I tried to ask about our food, by the police not employees. Maybe they just had an off night but if had a very busy day and a very hungry 4 year old in the car with me and still another hour drive so taking that long on God in the drive thru was not acceptable. I understand the emergency inside but it did not involve an employee so ...just my thoughts"

"Absolutely an amazing job serving 2 bus load of scholars. On Tuesday, Jan 23, 2024 we visited Hardee’s of Swansea. Store closed at 9:00pm and we came rushing in at 8:50pm. The manager and crew were phenomenal at serving the wrestling teams expeditiously. All food was fresh with the correct orders given out. Cashiers did an awesome job assisting the manager during this last min rush. Way to go Hardee’s of Swansea, SC. We need more managers and crew like this in the restaurant business."

"Went through the drive through ordered a small ham and cheese combo and two regular double cheeseburgers, the drive through worker who’s name is Tyra was very rude and had a lot of attitude for absolutely no reason . Got to the window and she was still rude. When she gave me my food I said thank you she didn’t say anything back , just slammed the sliding window door in my face . Looked in the bag there were no fries. I went in told them that a fry was missing , Tyra then started laughing and just threw my fries in the bag . Didn’t care if they fell out or not. The burgers were cold, it was old meat !! Been cooked for hours and sitting . Bread was hard! Burgers had a very very nasty taste . I will be contacting cooperate or getting in touch with Mike Boddie"

"Store was clean and staff were incredibly attentive. I enjoyed the service and hospitality of Tyesha. It was nice to be greeted with her smile and receptiveness. The food was on point and I enjoyed my whole experience. I even had to compliment the manager Fatima "Tina" that my visit was wonderful thanks to her staff and delicious food. That chicken was deliciously crispy and savory .The biscuit was pure comfort. ( PS ask for the honey and hot sauce)"
