"Made a online order and when I got there to pick it up they had given it to someone else. No problem, I waited for another pizza to be made and when it was ready the cook dropped it on the floor and I heard him tell the coworker it was my pizza . When I asked about my pizza being dropped on the floor the female manager called me a liar. I waited an extra 45 minutes after my online order was given away. No I'm sorry or discounted price and no pizza. I haven't been back since and never will. This was the worst experience I've ever had with food."

"Normally I would not trouble myself to even rate corporate pizza. I come by, late in the evening, and have been served several times by a gentleman named Robbie. EVERY TIME I've ordered here, the made to order pizzas are perfect with great customer service. The whole crew is always upbeat and ready to go the extra miles to make the (pick up at least) orders fast and RIGHT. HELLA better than service at Attitude-Hut across the street and better Pizza."

"Order placed at 10:08 pm At 11:10 ish it says delivered but no pizza has arrived. I call the store, on hold forever, no answer Call again, same thing Chalk it up as a loss and go get McDonald’s at 1140 12:48 get a knock on the door. It’s the delivery guy. I ask him what happened and almost in tears he says he’s the only driver and was sorry. You shouldn’t accept orders if they are gonna take that long to deliver and you should give that driver a raise for putting him through that. Also refund me my money for my cold soggy pizza that was delivered in 3 hours"
