"I've been to this location a few times( torturing myself), each time I wait forever for sandwiches I've already ordered on the app. There's 3 employees here now but only 1 actually working"

"Went in person and let me tell you the two employees there are night we're actually stupid. They had to have bee on drugs. One was whispering and the other had no idea how to do her job. It was pretty annoying. Highly don't recommend this loctation."

"@SUBWAY @_AugustaGA The Subway worker made a sub which she thought she had the correct ingredients for a number #33, as my sub was in the making I said let me go ahead and pay for it and one worker was ringing me out, he asked what did you order I said a number 33, the other worker who didn’t have anything to do with it was like “No You Don’t Have A 33! I replied yes I do ma’am that want your staff recommendation for me to get, she corrected the worker who had fix my sandwich and as she was correcting her she was taking the chicken off my sub… yes literally picking through my sub! She didn’t ask if I wanted to buy as is or offered anything for the mistake of her worker, I told her “ I do not want that sub you is picking all over and I want a new one with the correct ingredients. The worker who got the sub wrong instantly apologized and told her she thought that was correct and she will buy the sub for herself, the other worker who I figure is the manager at this point had a nonchalant attitude and was upset with the worker and was bitter towards me! This is a training issue that needs to be addressed with the general or regional manager!!"

"We had a very simple delivery order. This is not our first time ordering. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have not provided the delivery driver with all parts of our order. I will not patronize these people again. Total waste of time and money. Oh…as a side note: When we called, the person whom answered the phone was unapologetic, rude and really shouldn’t be allowed to answer the phone."

"This visit was what I would expect to see in any Subway. Kudos to this team. I saw 2young mens and 2 young lady the one lady was checking in with the crew. That made the process accurate and a moment of cool down for staff I noticed. Thank you crew for your hard work. My husband and I shall return again. I ordered beef with pepper, onion, pepper jack cheese and add banana peppers with salt & peppers. My husband had the roaster turkey with provolone, both toasted Thanks again"
