"This is absolutely the worst subway I've ever been too , I'm a shift leader at subway on bettis academy so I know things aren't supposed to be done this way such as meat goes on top and veggies on bottom , also your employee was not dressed in propper clothing , ALSO she tried tp put my veggies on my steak with out cooking it , a fly flew on my food etc , the bains were all out of sorts and she kept having to go to the back to the back to get food this happened at 7:15 , she also had a jacket on while making my food."

"I am so disappointed! Every time you place an order online through the app they never get the subs right it is right there in front of them on a long receipt. What should go on the sub and what should not go on the sub very easy I believe the three-year-old could make a better sub than what these employees are doing, I have asked to speak to a manager or even the gentleman that owns this particular subway. I get told I will get a phone call back I never do this is now the third time that I have gotten a sub from the app and it has been made incorrectly , this is getting ridiculous ! I would like A response back I’ve even contacted corporate through email. We’ll see how that goes. If there was an option to share the photo in the receipt I would, but I don’t see that option! Subs are always fresh with all of the toppings. The absolute best sauce is the sweet onion teriyaki. This is the best location to get a sub."
